TRADE ACCOUNT RULES

- All orders must be paid before dispatch.
- We do not offer credit.
- All trade orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, or Pallet service via Parsons Nationwide Distribution LTD – subject to order size and weight.
- All orders will be dispatched by the next working day, Monday-Friday.
- For Collection in person: If you are planning to collect your order, you are welcome to collect Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm. Usually orders are available to collect from the next working day. If you require a same day collection, please call us so that we can advise how soon we can have your order prepared by. Alternative collection times may be available on a case-by-case basis, please contact your account manager if you require this.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the parcel/pallet. Please contact us via: shop@best4trade.co.uk with images and details of the issue.
- In instances of lost or missing parcels, a period of 14 working days from the expected delivery time must pass before a refund will be issued.
- In the event of a lost parcel, a full refund will be issued to the method of original payment. In the event of partial damage or lost items, a GIFT CARD of the agreed value will be issued. Gift Cards can be used against your next order/future orders, as partial or full payments. Gift Cards can be used multiple times, until the balance is cleared.

We offer trade discounts from 25-50% on all stock for our business customers. All discounts are subject to change based on the customers trade history and adherence to the set-out rules. All discount codes will be revised each January. An account will only have a single designated discount code at any one time. Discount codes will only work on accounts that have that code allocated.
If you find your discount code no longer works, please double check which of the below discount categories your account fits into, and try alternative codes. If none of the discount codes work, please email us at shop@best4trade.co.uk about the issue, with a reference number from a previous order for us to confirm your details.
Warning: Discount codes are not automatically applied to your orders! You must input the code into the “discount code or gift card” box and click apply during checkout.

TRADE ACCOUNT TIPS
- The discount codes apply to all stock (but not shipping!) – the more you buy, the less you pay. We would advise purchasing the biggest available packs to maximise your profit, and to get the best savings.
- Unless you are collecting in person, postage will be applied to every order, so one large order will be more economical than multiple smaller orders.
- STOCK LEVELS – our stock levels are limited. Please see the below example.
If there is a stock level of 167 for an item. The purchase options will be:
Pack of 1 – 50 available, as 50 is the maximum that will show per SKU on the site at any given time.
Pack of 50 – 3 available, as only 3 full packs of 50 are possible from 167.
Pack of 500 – this will be unavailable.
It is possible for you to place an order for 3x packs of 50 and 1x pack of 50, as packs of 1 and multiple item packs are not linked, and the stock will not be readjusted until a purchase is made, however, as we do not have that quantity in stock, this order is not possible to be fulfilled.

- If you are waiting for an item to come back into stock, we have an email notification system:
*An email notification will only be set for ONE event. Once you get the email notification, it will not repeat.
PLACING AN ORDER
- Always remember to log in to your account, as your discount code is linked to your account. If you are not logged in, your discount code will not work.
- Add items to your basket, and check the SUBTOTAL WEIGHT.
To optimize shipping, make sure you keep an eye on your weight bracket.
- Postage is charged per kg, and increases every 25kg from 10kg. Brackets: 0-10kg, 10-25kg, 25-50kg, 50-75kg, etc.
- For large orders over 450kg, postage will increase every 450kg. Brackets: 450kg, 900kg, 1350kg, etc.
- ADDRESS – make sure you have the billing and shipping address correctly assigned (if different) BEFORE confirming and paying for your order. Your order will be posted to the shipping address. We may not be able to change the delivery address once you have placed the order, and we are not able to recall orders once they are dispatched.
- When checking out, use the white box above the SUBTOTAL on the right of the screen to enter your discount code or any Gift Cards you wish to use. You can only use one discount code, however multiple Gift Cards can be used. These two functions use the same box.
- Once you have checked that all the details are correct and you are happy to proceed, you can select the payment method of your choice and click the Pay now button.
If you selected BANK DEPOSIT as the payment method, you will receive a confirmation of your order with a bank account number.

When making the payment, please ensure you use the order number from your confirmation email as the payment reference. If you do not do this, or you use the wrong number, this may cause a delay with the payment being recognised or prevent your order from being dispatched as we will be unable to match the payment to the order.
DOWNLOADING INVOICES
To download your invoice, please go to your account and select the order you require an invoice for from your order history.
There is a ‘Download invoice’ button.
CANCELLATIONS
If your order has not yet been dispatched, it is possible to cancel your order. You can do this by going to your order history, selecting the order you would like to cancel, and clicking the ‘Cancel’ button.
The order cancellation will be automatic. If you have already paid for the order, a refund will be triggered and be returned to you via the original payment method. If you are due to pay via Bank Transfer, but have not done so yet, you need to take no further action as no refund is due. If you have already paid via Bank Transfer, your refund will be issued via a Gift Card voucher.
As we do our best to pack and dispatch orders ASAP, you may end up only being able to cancel your order for a few minutes after it is placed.
TRADE ACCOUNT RULES FOR DROPSHIPPING
- All orders must be paid before dispatch.
- We do not offer credit.
- All dropshipping orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, or Royal Mail 24 Tracked (depending on the postage choice you selected).
- All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day, Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 10am on Saturday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after these cut offs will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us via: shop@best4trade.co.uk with a screenshot of your conversation with the end customer, and any applicable images.
- In instances of lost or missing parcels, a period of 14 working days from the expected delivery time must pass before a refund will be issued.
- In the event of a lost parcel, a full refund will be issued to the method of original payment. In the event of partial damage or lost items, a GIFT CARD of the agreed value will be issued. - RETURNS – we do not accept returns unless it is individually agreed with your account manager. Where the courier is unsuccessful in delivering a parcel (for example, a card was left but the customer never collected it), and the parcel is returned to us, a refund for the order will be provided with a deduction of the shipping cost x2. If the customer returns the package to us directly whereby they have paid the return postage cost, and the items are unused/unopened, a 100% refund for the cost of the goods will be issued (the cost of the outbound shipping is not refunded).
As part of our dropshipping community, we offer access to our pictures/video database. Please ask your account manager for access.
RESTRICTIONS
We are limited to Royal Mail. To send Royal Mail 24 Tracked parcels, the maximum parcel dimensions are 47cm x 47cm x 63cm. If you purchase Royal Mail 24 Tracked shipping, but the parcel is over these dimensions, your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, and a refund for the shipping cost difference will NOT be refunded. All products have their dimensions on their product listing page, please double check this prior to purchasing the upgraded shipping.
We do not currently send items to the Isle of Mann, Jersey, or Guernsey.
We do not accept special instructions, such as “leave parcel in bin.”

55%
For trade accounts making a minimum of 50 dropshipping orders per day in the previous calendar year (18250 orders in the previous year).
Methods of payment available: Bank Transfer, Gift Cards (paid via bank transfer) ONLY.
Trade account discount code: there will be a dedicated individual code. This discount is only available for the purchase of individual dropshipping orders, and cannot be used for bulk buying. If you are found to have abused this discount to bulk buy, your account will lose the discount tier privilege and be reverted to the basic 25% discount permanently.
AMAZON FBA SERVICE & CHARGES
- The cost of the items are calculated by taking the single item price based on the biggest bundle available. The cost of the items will be subject to your applicable trade discount.
- The following examples exclude tailored items, such as pipe cut to a custom length as opposed to a full coil, which would include the cost of cutting and wastage in the price of the product and preparation cost.
- The following examples also exclude the cost of shipping to Amazon Prime via UPS – the shipping label can be provided by yourself, or we can arrange this for you at an additional fixed price charge.
Single items – 1 item per SKU
Example: Kitchen Tap Adaptor
Preparation: £0.60+VAT per item (this includes the 29mmx63mm FNSKU label and poly bag).
Per box fee: a fixed charge of £2.40+VAT per box, regardless of how many items are in the box (subject to the maximum gross weight of 23kg and maximum length of 63cm along its longest side).
Kitchen Tap Connector: £2603.61/2000 = £1.30+VAT.
Cost for a box of 50, if you have a 40% discount:
Stock: £1.30 x 50 = £65+VAT minus your discount. If you have a discount of 40%, this would cost you £39+VAT.
Preparation: £0.60 x 50 = £30+VAT.
Box Fee: £2.40+VAT.
Total: £71.40+VAT. Per item cost comes to £1.43+VAT.
Bundles – multiple items under one SKU
For example: Kitchen Tap Adaptor + Hose Connector
Preparation: £0.90+VAT per bundle (this includes the 29mmx63mm FNSKU label and poly bag).
Per box fee: a fixed charge of £2.40+VAT per box, regardless of how many items are in the box (subject to the maximum gross weight of 23kg and maximum length of 63cm along its longest side).
Kitchen Tap Connector: £2603.61/2000 = £1.30+VAT.
Hose Connector: £2333.58/6000 = £0.39+VAT.
Cost for a box of 50, if you have a 40% discount:
Stock: £1.30 + £0.39 x 50 = £84.50+VAT minus your discount. If you have a discount of 40%, this would cost you £50.70+VAT.
Preparation: £0.90 x 50 = £45+VAT.
Box Fee: £2.40+VAT.
Total: £98.10+VAT. Per item cost comes to £1.96+VAT.
AMAZON FBA RULES AND REQUIRED PREPARATION FROM YOU
Rules
All orders must be paid before dispatch.
NO MIXED SKU BOXES! – We will only permit the packing of 1 SKU per box. Each SKU will have a dedicated listing on the trade site with information only you can access.
We will do our best to adjust the number of items in a box to split between the least number of boxes to reach a cheaper shipping per item rate, however we will not exceed either the 23kg weight or 63cm box side length requirements.
What we need from you
We will need the FNSKU labels from you for each item to create a listing on the site, and labels with the order in PDF format.
To create the label, please download them from Amazon in the below format:
You will need to book the shipment on your Amazon account and send us the PDF file with the Amazon and UPS labels.
Once you place an order with us, please prepare your shipment details for us in the below format. The details we require are the shipment ID, SKU & FNSKU, number of boxes, and the total quantity. This must match the corresponding website order you have placed.

Why use our service for FBA preparation instead of the option you’re already using?
- We always use the biggest bundles we offer to determine the base price for you. We can send stock to your dedicated preparation centre, but you would have to buy the biggest pack sizes to get the best prices. By using us for your preparation needs, you’re saving money without having to buy larger quantities.
- Our stock levels do not impact the item price calculation!
- We do not charge for storage! You will pay the same per item cost regardless of how much or little you purchase.
- Using us keeps shipping time and costs down by cutting out the purchase to preparation centre angle as we do both.
- You will have a dedicated account manager to contact, to provide advice and support. Your account manager can help you with:
- Setting up Brand Registry on Amazon.
- Dedicated label/brand packaging.
